Purchase a variety of nonperishable food and package in a gallon ziploc bag. HOPE Sacks are distributed to organizations such as Jericho Way, St. Bartholomew, St. Theresa, From His Throne, etc. You might want to give them to a charitable organization that isn't listed here, or keep a couple of packs on hand to give to someone who is in need.
The Mission has plasticware/napkin packs that we can add to the bags, as well as sanitizing hand wipes.
Any food items donated to Christ the King Mission for this project through the month will be assembled into packs on our monthly First Saturday Mission Workday.
