helping organizations provide & empower
Our HOPE Program provides basic needs and allows Christ the King Parish to connect with the community by donating, volunteering, and offering support services
Donation Station located in the Vestibule of Christ the King
Place your donated items on our HOPE Carts, and we will deliver them to the charitable organizations in our community. View our Donation List to find the most recent MOMS Pantry List, items that are always requested by our community partners, and special/urgent donation requests. We do our best to divide up the donations each month according to the current needs & requests of our community partners. Thank you for your generosity!
Food is our Number One requested item
Food Insecurity is affecting more and more people every day, and food assistance has become our most requested item. We have several ways to help:
Our HOPE Carts collect food for Moms Pantry and community organizations
Meal Teams such as Our House Cooks, Feed the Hungry, and Betty's Brigade prepare hot meals for community organizations
We have a fresh food collection once a quarter to benefit patients of Divine Mercy Health Center
HOPE Sacks can be made at home or with a group here at CTK - they provide non-perishable food to people experiencing homelessness.
We encourage you to help us fight hunger in our community. If you'd like to join one of our meal teams, send us a message HERE and we'll get you in touch with the Team Leader.
HOPE Projects are ways to donate and serve from home
We currently have two HOPE Projects. To make HOPE Soap, you simply slice a regular bar of soap into eight slices and put them in the provided bags for us to deliver to Jericho Way. HOPE Sacks are gallon sized ziploc bags of nonperishable food that can be distributed as needed throughout the community. HOPE Boxes (or Grocery Sacks) are similar to HOPE Sacks, but they contain nonperishable food that needs hot water, stove, microwave, etc.
