You are welcome to join us every Sunday at 2:00 pm for our weekly Adoration Hour in the Chapel.
Due to COVID, the Chapel is currently limited to four adorers - if it is filled, you may pray in the Church.
First Saturday
Monthly Mission Workday for Community and CTK Projects
Our First Saturday Mission Workdays began in November, and we've been overwhelmed by the response. While most of our volunteer activities have been held at Christ the King, we hope to have a variety of ways to volunteer in the community once the COVID restrictions have ended. And some of our work here at CTK has been distributed out into the community (HOPE Sacks, Supply Packs, and HOPE Soap).

HOPE Program
Helping Organizations
Provide & Empower
Thank you! Your generosity with our HOPE Carts Donation Station (located in the vestibule of Christ the King) has helped charitable organizations in our community receive supplies that are needed to carry out their work. Our HOPE/MOMS Pantry List is published around the first of each month, and it has the most needed items for each organization. If an organization has an extended list of items, you can find a copy of that list HERE.

Our HOPE Soap and HOPE Sacks are going strong - over 6000 bars of HOPE Soap have been made, and we have distributed hundreds of the food sacks to organizations that help people who are experiencing food insecurity.

Divine Mercy~St Theresa Medical Mission
Charitable Health Program that addresses physical, mental, and spiritual needs
Our friends at St. Theresa are finally realizing their dream of a mission-based charitable health program for their community. Divine Mercy Health Center will host the first clinic day at St. Theresa on Saturday, March 13th.

Christ the King is thrilled to extend our mission work at St. Theresa. We are working with their parishioners and staff to help them get ready for their big day, and the main focus of this healthcare program will be addressing diabetes and high blood pressure.
Vision Team
We Ideas!
Our Mission Vision Team meets once a month to review our current projects, explore potential activities, and most importantly, to discern God's will for our Mission Ministry. We try to have as many areas of our church represented on the Vision Team.
If you have any ideas, questions, or comments about mission, please send us a message HERE and it will be sent to the Vision Team for review. We want to hear from you!
Love Notes
Card/Letter Ministry
for Christ the King
For months, we've been talking about starting a card ministry for our parish, with our initial focus being notes of encouragement for people who are in nursing homes and who are homebound. We are working on the details now, and the Love Notes Launch is set for April 2021.

Stay tuned for more info coming - this is a mission project we hope everyone participates in at least once. It just takes a few minutes to make someone's day!
Be Mighty Little Rock
Central AR Library System
Food Donation for
Free Library/Food Pantry
When our friends at CALS and Jack & Jill of America reached out to us for assistance, we couldn't say no to this great project. CTK Mission donated a box of nonperishable food from our HOPE Sack program to start off this box program in College Station.

We are now adding a second location to our support of CALS mission to help people experiencing food insecurity. CTK Mission will provide nonperishable food items to the Dee Brown Library, which is located by St. Theresa Church. CALS will also be a recipient of our HOPE Sacks Program.

Together, we can make a difference. We are always accepting donations of nonperishable food items. Click HERE for a list of items.
Sewing Mission
Sewing Classes & Projects at St. Theresa Church
The Pandemic ended our classes, but we were thrilled that our students and volunteers were able to sew and donate over 2800 masks to the healthcare and charitable community. While we are waiting for our classes to resume, we have found another way to help out in the community with a GI button cover project for Easter Seals. Our sewing team leaders are also working on project packs that the students can work on from their homes.

We are grateful for all the volunteer hours these past few months - your sorting, measuring, folding, and labeling fabric donations has been a tremendous help to this team. Thank you so very much!
Abba House Garage
Construction Project for the Missionaries of Charity
We are excited to have the CTK Knights of Columbus help us realize the Missionaries of Charity's desire for a new garage. The current structure has termite damage to the degree that they can no longer park their van in it.

The Pandemic has put this project on an extended hold, but we are happy to say that the demo of the old garage took place on Saturday, February 27th. Click HERE to see pictures and stay tuned for updates on when the construction of the new garage will begin.
One Church
St. Bartholomew Church
is our current parish partner
One Church: Unite Arkansas in Faith and Mission is an initiative of the Diocese of Little Rock. St. Bartholomew is raising money to build a new parish center. This addition to their parish will not only allow them to have church-wide gatherings, but will provide much needed space to continue their work in the community - neighborhood food distribution, school supplies for children in need, and mentoring at-risk youth.
