We are currently open for new team members/volunteers. Translators are always needed. If you don't sew, don't worry. We can always use some help with organizing supplies and washing fabric.
We are limited due to COVID restrictions, but we are planning! If you'd like to help plan or want to volunteer for future events, please contact Betty Jo in the Mission Office firstname.lastname@example.org
This team teaches beginning, intermediate, and advanced sewing at St. Theresa Church in Little Rock. Built upon the curriculum designed for the Honduras Sewing Mission, our team leaders and volunteers work closely with the students to develop good skills and embrace their creativity.
We are so incredibly proud of our sewing students and their amazing response during the pandemic. Our students, along with volunteers from CTK and St. Joseph in Conway, sewed over 2800 masks for healthcare professionals during the first two months of the pandemic.
